Review for The Colonial Apartments

If you can look past a creepy neighborhood, extremely loud neighbors, an ant infestation, leaky ceilings, frequently breaking door locks, frequently full parking lots (where the only place to park is on the road, with a hike through a dimly-lit parking lot at night), broken air conditioners (in the summer), a kitchen that had standing water on the floors (and a maintenance staff that had to be called in multiple times to fix it), resulting mold, disgusting practical jokes by the neighbor kids, and walls so thin that your neighbors alarm clock wakes you up and your neighbors music literally shakes your walls until 3 o'clock in the morning, Colonial Apartments is the place for you. Rent is low, but don't expect to get your deposit back...
