Review for The Colonial Apartments

This is the WORST apartment to live in ,I regret the decision so much that I do not care if I get my deposit back .I would never recommend anyone to move in this place.I only moved in because I needed the space for my family and I regret having them go through this situation ,that there are people in life that do not care about other specially if you are "Black".

Reason for my regret:

1.Unclean Grounds

2.Noise

3.No parking

4.Dark parking lot

5.Uneducated Leasing Agents (you would think they know how to do an application by now).Good luck to all that come here...

6.Rude Property Manager (she is no help,does not looking out for the well being of residence).

7.When they are fixing unoccupied apartments, they do it anytime.(like 6 in the morning).....

8.Your apartment flood (do not look for the maintenance crew to come by immediately to fix it ) think like the next 10 hours.

9.Toilet tanks have mildew on the inside.

10.You hear every step you make in the apartment..

11. No one helps with any problem..
