Review for The Madison At Adams Farm Apartments

When there is a problem it will take forever for someone in the management office to take care of it. I have had trouble with spiders for the last year and a half. Everytime that I would tell the office about it, they send someone out to "spray". The only place that gets "sprayed" is the kitchen and outside. This is NOT where the spiders are coming from, but they really do not seem to care.

The older apartments have an antiquated heating/cooling system that does not to work right. However, when this is brought to the attention of the office, they don't seem to show much concern. If I could afford to, I would move out today. There is very little cooperation from anybody in the leasing office.

Also, there is NOT ENOUGH parking spaces for everyone!! Most people have to park along the curb or on a hill. Some of the residents drive at a very high rate of speed throughout the complex making it dangerous for kids to be outside. The leasing office has been informed about this, but nothing has been done.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
