I was awaken (again) around 4 AM to the sounds of a woman screaming for her life. "Oh my god help meeee!!!Somebody please help meeee!!!" Repeat several more times. I thought she was being stabbed to death.The scary thing is no one did anything. I reported this to the office the next afternoon(SUNDAY)and was greeted with two looks of puzzled amazement. A week later I followed up and they admitted to knowing what happened but refused to share the information with any residents.

The girl downstairs dates a thug that jumps her balcony late at night and kicks her patio door open. I guess he's checking up on her safety. I think the both skipped out. Last time I saw her she was riding the hood of his vehicle screaming,"Don't you leaves my ass"

My other neighbor beats his girlfriend silly at least once a week. Police here several times. Threw her through the window in Oct. Two weeks later after reporting the event the oblivious management team boarded the window. Still boarded. No glass.It is nicely complimented by the 12 large black trash bags full of garbage on their patio.

The neighbor above them moves before her lease expires just to get away from here.The management assures her that her apartment will rent fast (releasing her from commitment to pay remainder of lease) as there are only a small number of 1 bedrooms available.
