Review for The Madison At Adams Farm Apartments

I use to work at The so called Madison. And believe it or not there use to be a staff that cared about the property they worked and lived on. The problem you have, as with most places, is the management. They don't take a personal stake in what they are doing. They concern themselves with how to fill a place up to get their bonus. In most jobs you leave at 5 o'clock and the day is through. When you work and live at a property you see residents on and off the property. And iI would much rather get a wave than a finger from a resident when I'm riding through the property. I guess what I am saying is that it's all basically a luck of the draw when moving onto a property. When paying lower rent for one place then another things will differ, but I believe people should be informed on what is going to be done when placing work orders, breaking a lease, or other issues a resident may have. But until you can get a management structure that looks at residents as people and not numbers and percentages I feel it's all luck on what type of property you end up on. I wish all of you luck in this search, but as far as this property goes, live in a box, on a busy street, next to on coming traffic and you will have a better experience than living on this property.
