I actually had a good experience living at Treybrooke apartments until I moved out and received an enormous bill for damages I did not cause. Even though I had documented the damage on my original move-in sheet, management still tried to charge me for them. Be sure to document all damage in the apartment and do not be afraid to dispute the charges.
