Apartment Review for Tar River Estates #0647

ar river is a nice neighborhood but the apartments are really old and they aren't cared for very much. When I first moved in, they installed new carpet but the windows were painted shut. Things are dirty in general (they painted over dust on the windows) and the windows are still single-paned which means it's hard to heat the place. I've had a lot of run-ins with creepy people walking around at night. The maintenance is good and fast and the office people are nice, but they won't replace windows (even if they are cracked) and the places are TERRIBLY overpriced for how OLD and DIRTY they are.
