Great place if: You want old grungy carpet that has never been replaced. My friend 's hot water heater broke once and carpet got soaked from water. She did not get any new carpet. A week later, it started to leak once again and carpet got drenched again, still no new carpet. Both times she had to just let it air dry. If you want kitchen tile that has worn out. If you want a stove that hardly ever works and a old refrigerator that leaves a pool of water in you floor every morning. If you want a bathroom tub that molds and mildews every week, no matter how much bleach or mildew remover you use. If you want walls that hae not been painted since the construction of the building. This is a great place to live if you want all of those things. One neighbor is moving as I type this because she heard numerous gun shots after telling her above neighbor to keep the noise down. All the good neighbors are moving out and trash is moving in.
