Review for Marinewife Apartments

Rent prices are good, but ever heard "you get what you pay for"? Staff & maintenance are lazy. So far I've gone without hot water for a weekend, A/C for weeks, and my dishwasher never worked. They try to raise the rent every time you turn around, and nothing is ever upgraded. It only gets worse! They seem to have no survey of what goes on in these apartments, and I've had to call the cops before to make noise complaints. Other places may be more expensive, but more worth it!
