Review for Windsor Place Apartments

Not only is the building poorly built but they don't take care of it. It takes forever for them to fix things and they use used, cheap material. They also are conveniantly out of the office on the last day you have to pay rent before it is considered late. If you leave your check in the rent box, even if it is before 5:00 Pm they swear up and down that you are late and they charge you a late fee.

The biggest problem is that they rip you off when you leave. They don't do an inspection until weeks after you have moved out. Then they mail you list of all the things they supposedly had to replace>>>>>>so you don't get any of your deposit back. I spent 2 days cleaning and I even cleaned the carpet. They sent me list saying they had to replace blinds, carpet, floors and other things and said I actually owed them $5.00 because my $599.00 deposit did not cover it. If I had known they were going do pull this crap I would not have cleaned up at all.
