Apartment Review for Bexley Park

This place and management was just fine before new management changed over. At move out office staff was extremly rude and made threats to send bogus charges to corporate office. And please Beware of Kwan at corporate. She is so wrapped up with trying to run and dictate things and can get very nasty and demand ridiculous charges without even listening to what you are trying to prove is wrong. ( I think evidence speaks louder than nasty attitudes!! Go above her if necessary and you should get to the bottom. You completely can not professionally speak with this woman about any wrongly charges that this company tries to get from residents at move out. Beware also b/c these people can play maniulative games. Dont trust staff or any of them. Sad to say especially after they HAD residents that paid their rent on time Every month. They really dont care about the residents afterall. I will not be renting from this company ever again. <P>
