Apartment Review for Bexley Park

Great place if you like roaches, otherwise, live somewhere else. Any good reviews of this dump are likely written by the do-nothing staff. Appliances are ineffective, with dishes coming out of the dishwasher dirtier than when they go in. It takes weeks for even the simplest repairs, like a light bulb replacement. Maintenance appears to have no training, often requiring 3 or 4 visits and a lot of "I don't know" responses before things are fixed. In the summer, people use the pool at all hours of the night. Management is irresponsible in renting apartments to families, allowing for an inhospitable environment. We have endured multiple rent increases with no improvement in services. We rue the day we signed our lease.
