Review for Pines At Carolina Place Apartments

I thought I was getting a deal when they said you didn't have to pay for water. I know now the reason why you don't have to pay for water - my toilet gets stopped up all the time. It doesn't matter what you do in it it will stop up - you have to flush 2-3 times to get everything down. Secondly I have had an issue with spiders and have called 3 times and still have trouble with them. Next the furnace is right in the living room and it's loud. I'm constantly adjusting the volume on my tv. Also the furnace had a awful mildewy smell for the longest time ~ took 4 complaints to finally gets some results. The people upstairs are up all hours of the night and all I hear is them walking around. The apartments are poorly constructed. I can't wait until my lease is up. Living here as motivated me more into buying a home.
