The Crossings At Alexander Place are called luxury apartments and they certainly have the amenities to prove it. These are not the cheapest rents you will find, but the price has been worth it, especially if you are a dog lover and love the idea of the bark park right here! Also nearby are shopping and restaurants. The neighbors are a mix of young professionals and families and the staff is always planning some event to bring people together. These apartments are in a great location in Raleigh, with plenty of outdoor recreation choices very nearby. Woodlake Downs is not a brand new complex and the rents a good for the area and the apartments are good size for the price. There is ample parking and the "street" (really the driveway) is quiet. Woodlake Downs is pet friendly.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

Mariners Crossing is located in a great section in Raleigh. There is public transportation and the neighborhood schools are good. This is a safe and family friendly neighborhood but you might run into a little hassle if you are a two car household~ late in the evening parking can be farther away than you might like. Maintenance is responsive to troubles and dispatches quickly. Orangearrow Read all reviews...

The consensus is Brookefield Apartments are a great place to live. The grounds are nice and kept well, the staff is caring and the neighbors are super. The 2 bedroom rental rate is one of the better in Raleigh. Shopping and major routes are nearby but you feel like you live in a great neighborhood here, not on a main thoroughfare and certainly not paying "golf course style" living rates.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

The rave reviews are right. This is a quiet, friendly place with ample amenities. The rents are just right in comparison to other properties with the same features. The grounds are beautiful and great for walkers. Fireplaces and loft spaces are included in some units and the extra space makes all the difference! The Links is my choice in Raleigh.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

12203 Strickland Road
Raleigh, NC 27613
Bedrooms: 1 - 3
Baths: 1.5 - 3
$805
AR Score: 83
*****
The apartments vary from 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths to 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Strickland Farms has a colonial plantation feel and the grounds are kept very well. Management is vigilant about parking and keeping things in order for rent-paying residents~ don't lose your parking permit. Grocery shopping is within walking distance if you like and if you need a highway commute 540 is close by but not within earshot....the complex is buffered nicely with trees. Litchford Park Apartments sits right next to the Northern Wake Expressway, across from the North Ridge Country Club. Downtown Raleigh is merely 9 miles away and is easily commutable with a bus stop right down the road. The complex is in a great spot nestled next to the Triangle Town Center where occupants can go to Dillard's, Starbucks, and plenty of other stores/restaurants in the area. Reviewers appreciate the affordable price of the units and the prime location, but believe the building needs to be updated and would like management to step up their game.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

The Highlands At Brier Creek is situated next to the Northern Wake Expressway, right above the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Tenants are within minutes of the Brierdale Shopping Center. A string of shops and restaurants are just down Brier Creek Parkway, including Applebee's, Caribou Coffee, and BJ's.
