First management are not nice. They smile with mean intention behind. Maintenance do more damage to the property than actually fixing something. A lot of my friends moved out after one year. If you are international students don't go here. THEY take advantage of you. If you get mistreated. PLEASE report to NCSU legal office. They will definitley help you.
