Review for Cumberland Cove Apartments

I lived here for a year and a half and in that time it went from a nice community to the slums. Shortly after I moved in we found out that they were letting anyone in to just fill apartments without a lot of background checks. The complex as a whole (especially the older half) has gone completely downhill with broken down cars in the lot to people taking too many spaces after multiple warnings and people just letting their dogs run rampant and use the bathroom wherever they want. If you are thinking about renting here and care about your sanity then don't. I am happy to move out and so is my roommate.
