Review for Terraces At Brier Creek Apartments

Poor management. Slow to respond to tenants concerns. Phone calls unreturned or unanswered. Sketchy criminal-like ground employees. Poor parking. Not enough lighting. General unsafe feeling. Management does not whole-heartedly listen to the concerns of the residents and they do not do everything in their power to make you feel csafe and omfortable. I moved out b/c of unsafe incidents condoned by management. Management and leasing have poor customer service skills.
