Review for Woodlake Downs Apartments

I lived at Woodlake Downs for a year. Every apartment complex has its pros and cons. Office staff did change frequently. The good and bad office staff come and go there but there are still a couple of good people left. Maintenance I never really had a problem with them during my stay. They took about the same time to fix things as everyone else maybe 3 days at the latest.

A few things that I did not like about the complex was that they had every kind of creature there that you can think of. They have spiders, bumble bees in summer, lizards, and frogs but what do you expect the area is very wooded. If you are afraid of nature then this is not the place for you. When I moved they were installing washer and dryer connections in the largest 1 bedroom apartments.

Hint>>> Just because you pay more for an apartment that has been upgraded does not mean that you are getting a better deal. I would check out apartmentratings.com or with residents who live in the complex before I moved anywhere.
