Apartment Review for Arbor Creek Apartments

The worst 6 months I have ever spent anywhere. They change management all the time its now under Gingko Properties. The office staff is unprofessional and good luck getting any help from them. They have a roach problem which has been consistently ignored. The maintenance crew will come into your apartment without notice and damage your property, it happened to me and they refuse to acknowledge it. They have no idea how to fix anything, but they do know how to leave a mess. The noise level is ridiculous, I can hear my neighbors upstairs and next to me all the time. They also lied to me about the W/D ready apartments, I should have looked at this more closely before I moved in. It took them 3 weeks to call an electrician to put in the electricity for the unit and to fit a small W/D in they have to take the framing off the door to the closet its supposed to go in, the only thing they told me when I moved in was that a "small stack W/D would fit and the connections are there" It is worst experience I have ever had in a rental community.
