I have a very nice apartment, but I keep it that way,I report any maintence problems immediately and the repairs are made in a timely manner, the maintenance staff is very nice. The over all property does need some work. The building that I live in needs some major roof and gutter work, other gutters around the complex is clogged and over-flowing. also, some support beams at the main entrances to some building are rotting. Grounds could improve, remove dead and dying ground cover, remove weeds from the shrubs. The lattice work under some of the stairs is broken and has missing pieces. The Cabanna Pool is very nice except some of the lighting does not work and the whirlpool has been broken for a very long time. The lights, (all), around the complex and on the buildings need to be checked by someone on staff. Several lights over stairs and in the back of some building are not working and have been out for a while. More dark areas need to be identified and more lighting added. The Cumberland Cove signs have no lights that are working! The man that is suppose to be patroling this property leaves a lot to be desired! There is a car on Brookmont near Lookout Mtn. backed in for months with expired tags, never moves! The office staff seems to try but things just seem to slip through the cracksquite often!
