Apartment Review for Cumberland Cove

I lived there for a year. The apartment complex sub-contracts the water service to NWP. This company does not read the meters, they guess or estimate what they think it should be. My water bill was over $80.00 per month(Unreal). My previous 4 bedroom home with sprinklers, hot tub and 3 bathrooms only cost me $30.00 every three months with garbage service included!!. Cumberland Cove is making a killing off of it's ater program! No wonder thy don't mind the cheap rent! They estimate your water usuage by the amount the entire amount of bedrooms in the Building. When I complained, they put a letter on my door telling me if I didn't pay NWP then they would not accept my next months rent check! The water cost more here than your electricity.....! Consumer beware!! Oh and my car was broken into twice!!!! <P>
