I have lived in Dominion for three years. The apartment that I toured was nice clean and Spacius. I was really ready to move from my old place. The apartment that they gave me had roaches, old carpet which they cleaned before I moved in. and lots of electrical problems. We got rid of the roaches and was hoping the new management would be a better. The new managment is no better they will not even try to go the extra mile to acccomdate their tenants. Their answer to everything is no we are not able to do this its not in our budget. What ever happen to customer service and trying to show a good image. <P>
