Apartment Review for Edwards Mill Apartments

Very appealing when my roommates and I moved in, but our apartment began to fall apart a month after we moved in. We have had problems with that since then and nothing ever stays repaired. Staff is ok, Tracey is VERY nice though! Speed bumps a killer, epecially if you live near the back of the property! Overall very quiet but sometimes you just don't have as much privacy as think (feeling like you're being watched). Long story short, they were bought out in January so they are just now renovating (property 20+ years) so rent is going up ande not by a little bit! But we found somewhere better and cheaper! Brand new! Not sad to leave this place at all!
