I have found that it is not the nicest place but the staff seems to care. I will say that I have seen when people are aggressive and rude right off the bat then they do not tolerate that. I was in the office and some guy came in cursing and yelling and was asked to leave the office which is understandable. They have been very nice to me but I always treat everyone with respect and my quality of life is fine and things get fixed quickly.
