Apartment Review for Jefferson At Cary Towne

I lived in Jefferson for 2 years and even referred 2 friends. Both of my friends had problems with the management as they increase the renewal rates too high and moved out. Later when I decided to move out they charged me 1600$ for not giving the 60 days notice. I have the notice written by the manager there with her own handwriting. I have also signed the document. Since they lost the document and the manager forgot to sign the document they have pursued to collectors, threatening me everyday over phone. The are painful people to deal with. The management sucks and is very money minded. They will do everything to make you pay more and more. They will get as much as possible from you. My sincere opinion, please do not rent into this apartment.
