Apartment Review for Millbrook Green

At first the apartment complex seems like a great place to live but it's NOT! I've only been here for 3 months and after the first month things went down hill. The bathrooms are not well kept, the ground level apartments have HUGE bugs, and a lot of them too! Kids hang around the ground level apartments during the day smoking, drinking, and doing inappropriate things thinking no one's home and or watching. This has happened many times right outside of my door. There is trash everywhere and only one trash bin which is at the other side of the complex therefore taking the trash out is a major hassle. Might I add that the lazy people here NEVER push the button to compact that trash making the trash build up, and sometimes overflow onto the ramp leading up to the trash bin. Yeah, the rent may be "cheep" but the money you save in rent, you spend in fixing the things people steal off of your car. On average there is something stolen off of my car about twice a month. The sad part is that the things that are stolen off your car are not limited to magnets, stickers, etc. these people actually steal the Maker of your car's brand name aka, the H that stands for Honda may or may not be there in the morning. People cut through this place like its a side walk, and leave trash everywhere. The "neighbors" upstairs are EXTREMELY LOUD! literally EVERY DAY I've been here I've heard them. At times its almost like living under a herd of elephants that just constantly stomp, run, and jump around. Most of the people that live here just don't care about upkeep, or the appearance of the place they call home and its very sad to see. Good thing this is only a temporary stay for us, but I feel bad for the people who actually call this place "home", and I feel even worse for the people who want to move but can't because they're trapped in a lease agreement.

As a warning I'm telling you: DO NOT MOVE HERE!
