Apartment Review for North City 6

You see people write crazy reviews dissing the place or having a bad experience well when people are not happy thats what they do. Im not one of those people to waste my time on here if it isn't truth. Here's what you get, I live on the 3rd floor of this tiny complex. You get key fob access to the building. We pay 929 a month for a one bedroom 1,000 sqft. Yoe get fo-granit which is fake granit counter tops, non stainless steel appliances, standard black fridge...the carpet in our apartment was already used and when we asked to have it replaced the guy never called back they give you a 3 day notice paper to have things that arnt to standard or your standards changed otherwise after those 3 days you dont get a say. well 3 days passed no call no new carpet... No cameras are in the building nor in the parking deck. Talked to neighbors who warned me after noticing i was new that there have been multiple cars broken into so...key fob is great but its not gated nor is there any cameras. The pool is one of the smallest things ive ever seen which they consider an amenity... my tube has more room. The elevator is probably one of the most hated annoying things about this place, theyre sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Very confusing to walk around and find your apartment. Also When we brought the truck to move it was a NIGHTMARE! Theres no Freight elevator wtf to that.we dont own alot of furniture so let me just tell you it took us from 2pm-5am in the morning to get everything from the building to the other end. closet knobs fell off first day to the laundry room. I wouldnt recommend living on the 2nd or 3rd floor electric bill will be high it gets crazy hot during the day and we picked this apartment for the simple fact that it didnt have huge windows. Its owned by the same company from my last placed i lived wich is called lexington farms that was a joke... at that place all my cabnets fell off and the ceiling came in in both bathrooms along with hideous **** roaches and these crazy long alien insects that if u touched them theyd fall apart. back to this place tho the main office is hideous. No noise complaints so far. But our neighbors (im not racist theres a difference) are ghettooooo as helll. One of the women that had shown us the place looks like a crackhead and shes a teacher. We picked this place bc it didnt seem that bad but it started to go down hill from then on. There media room is a joke and so is the gym its the sized of our closet. location is great except that who ever invented this layout to be convinient its not cant go any way out of this place conviniently and the intersection light is the longest. the price to live here should have granit counter tops, double paded carpet, Ceiling fans in the room (the one in the living room is a joke theres no lights on it) Ceiling lights in the room with fans. Be prepared to buy lamps. no double sink nor does it match the counters from the kitchen its basic. basically youll hate it move to north hills or somewere that actually has amenities thats why people pay this much to live at places were they dont have to go out of there way they pay more for luxury, comfort, convinience and North city 6( had to be renamed bc it got bought out) isnt any of that. ps. parking suuuuuucks theres these big poles in your way in parking spots so when you come to your car after the elevator toook 6 hours to get down to you either cant get in your car, or theres damage from other cars from peoples doors trying to get in there own car.
