Apartment Review for Providence At Brier Creek

There are more professional and honest apartment managers in the Brier Creek area to visit first. The apartment manager Jennifer Roberts is an extremely rude, disrespectful, and very untrustworthy person. She will nickle and dime you to death for additional charges on top of your base rent. They control how much you pay for sewer, trash, pest control, basic cable, water and a $4.95 charge for a copy of your monthly statement (this is not optional). The statements vary so much from month to month you can't understand them. If you decide to complain, they will post your entire lease on your credit report affecting your overall credit score drastically. For example, I signed a 13 month lease, they reported me to Equifax that I owed $11,700 and my monthly payments were $975. They even sent me a past due notice, when I have NEVER been late once in the year I've been renting here. The maintenance personnel takes forever to complete simple repair jobs. Drop off your check or money order at the office and make sure you get a receipt. Find another apartment to visit. This place is a joke, but Providence at Brier Creek is the only one laughing.
