Apartment Review for Ridgewood

I have lived here a year and it is getting worse. Laundry gets stolen out of dryers, shady characters hanging around, look like gangsters. Mail box security not good. Breezeways look dirty and people leave garbage outside their doors for too long at times. Leasing office looks nice, grounds nice, but appearances very deceiving. Fixtures cheap, squirrels get in ceilings/roof in fall. Maintenance has to throw moth balls in ceiling to rid them. Smells drift through vents from other apartments at times. Lots of low life looking characters than ever. We have to rent here till next year, and then we are out. <P>
