Apartment Review for Summit Highland

From the beginning there has been issues. I have had large water bugs, cheap carpet, windows that leak when it rains hard, a hole in the bath tub that leaks into the apartment below me. Can not take a bath in the front bathroom or the tenant downstairs will be able to go swimming. They have been bought lately but we will see what happens next. I will comment later to see if things have gotten better. To give them a fair chance I will not put the new name in this but if the repairs are not done I will be back to speak of the new owners.
