Apartment Review for Sumter Square

on a daily basis me and my little girl would step in dog feces either walking to a car or playing outside. And at times the grass would be so high it was virtually impossible to see it. Management knew about the problem and never took any action. speaking of management, some of them have disgusting personalities. It is an older apartment so i the rent seems pretty cheap but they aren't very insulated so your electric bill will be high. The bugs are also a big problem the whole year there is an abundance of something. I couldn't keep crickets and spiders out of my apartment. one night i am not exaggerating when i say i caught ten crickets. i thought those were outside critters? You also will find a variety of roaches and mystery bugs. The still water in the creek also breeds mosquitoes it is so bad at night i would even take my daughter to the park. other than that you do have occasional crime related issues, car theft etc.......
The maintenance was decent.
