Apartment Review for The Crossings At Alexander Place

My boyfriend and I were taken in by the amenities and pleasant staff when we fist visited the apartment. Plus, we were able to get a huge floorplan for a decent price. Now I know why!
The neighbors above us stomp on their floor all day and night and then complain to management when we have to turn our TV up to hear it over them! Management then threatens to write us up over this non-sense. After my boyfriend was asked by management to talk to the neighbor himself, there was no change. We had to stalk down the manager in order to complain, and still nothing is better.
On top of that, they requested a huge deposit. They leave notes if your trashcan isn't taken in during the day, even though you're still asleep becuase you work a different schedule.

The grounds themselves appear nice, but landscaping is dying, there are nasty stains on the concrete, lights that have been broken for months.

The office staff is HORRIBLE! They treat you like crap and are not helpful whatsoever!

I really wish we hadn't moved here. Oh, by the way, it's only been 1 month!
