For the price this is O.K. I moved out here to save up for a house and I don't need a fancy place. The noise, noise, noise. Sometimes it is quiet. But you can expect somebody to end that. Management is quick to tell residents to be quiet and to fine them for noise and litter. The problem is that mgt does not live here and after 5:30 it can get loud. But mgt will not renew leases of loud people or people who cause other problems. There are a lot of water problems from old hot water heaters to leaking roofs. But maintaince resonds quickly. It also helps if you speak Spanish. All of the Latino residents appear to be hardworking however the problem is that they tend to be too lenient with their kids who run around all over and you have to be really careful in the parking lot.
But you can expect not to have to watch "Cops" on TV because the Raleigh PD or the aWake County Deputy is out here at least once a week looking for someone, arresting someone, or serving some sort of court papers.
