Review for Birch Pond Apartments

Moved in here and in 4 days my car was stolen from the parking lot, right in front of the aparatment. There is no security here, they claim they don't need it, yet I've talked to other people that have had cars stolen out of the parking lot. It's loud at night. Kids drive through the complex with their car stereos turn all the way up, even at 2am. There is litter all over the place. The management never stays until 5, like they have posted. The fitness facility is run down. Can't wait until my lease is up. I would just move out, but then they would keep my deposit, even though they false advertise.
