I have lived in Bethabara Pointe for 3 years. I don't feel safe. Maintenance sucks and I have been waiting for a carpet cleaning for 2 years. I also have mold growing in my closet. The side that I live on is relatively quiet and we have never had anything happen to make me feel like my safety is in danger. Yet on the other side of the complex is where you will get the police, the noise and the crime. I hate this place. I came from an apartment complex that was i the supposed "hood" but it was wayyyyyy better than this.
