The state of North Dakota is one of the few states that borders Canada, which is why there are many people who are looking at the availability of North Dakota apartments. Those who are looking for off campus housing or student housing are looking to live near one of the eleven public college or one of the four private schools. The largest, of course, is North Dakota State University, but almost all of the state universities are well known for being a great place to get higher education. There are even five tribal colleges that you can attend as well. When you’re looking for North Dakota apartments near a college, make sure that you read up on the apartment reviews before you pick one, for while there are a large number of great places to live, there are also a large number of apartments near colleges that have some issues with them, so always read apartment reviews before you rent one of the apartments for rent.

Housing and Apartments in North Dakota

In the larger cities of the state, like Fargo and Bismarck, it can be tricky to find affordable housing, but that doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to find North Dakota apartments. In fact there are almost always many North Dakota apartments available for rent. If you want to be able to find a great North Dakota apartment for sure, look towards Fargo. This large and well-known city is one that always has apartments available for rent. Grand Forks is another well-populated city that always has apartments for rent. Looking for something in a smaller city? Look towards Jamestown or Devils Lake.
