Review for John James Inc Apartments

It's peaceful here. The rent is very affordable...I dare you to shop around. We have cable and internet and other places cost just as much, but without those two nice amenities.

We also have a fitness center with a sauna which isn't busy like the gym and it's inside our building so we don't have to bundle up to go to the gym in the window. Their is also a table and vending machines and a change machine inside the fitness center so if your apartment is messy or you just want to feel like you're at a nice hotel with some friend/family, enjoy some time in the fitness center. The pool is open during the summer months and is fenced in. There is plenty of seating avaiable and benches outside near the pool area and lots of sand for children to play in.

There are four washers and dryers on each floor. This is a three-floor building, but no worries because there is an elevator and four stairwells and the hallways are wide, bright, and clean.

The maintenance and staff are honest, friendly, and have people skills. They know their job. I've called the maintenance guy a few times for simple things like unclogging the drain and he is friendly and comes within a days time!

The outside of the building is attractive and every unit has a deck or patio. Everyone has a parking spot and a garage. Plugs in are labeled for every unit also so you are always able to plug in the car. There are 6 entrances to the building and also a semi-circle to park in while moving in and out or just dropping by for a minute. This area is not for normal parking use, but you only get a warning if you leave your car their. I thought I was only going to be home for a few minutes and went out that night to find a warning sticker, but no ticket. So no worries here either because I had parked here nearly daily for an hour between jobs/school and this was the first warning I've ever recieved.

The mail boxes are located inside the main door. If you receive large packages and miss the mail--which comes right about noon daily--no worries here either because we have four large mailboxes where you will just find a key inside your usual mailbox telling you which locker to find your larger package in. The first door is not locked, but the second door is. This is a secured building, but you do not have to stand out in the snow in the winter not the heat in the summer digging for your key to get inside the building.

I have lived here 6 months and love it.
