Review for Pacific Park I Apartments

I have lived here for a few years and each year it gets worse. My neighbors include a convicted sex offender and another pervert that lives in the basement and likes to masturbate in his open window. The parking lot is very poorly lit and I make sure to carry my pepper spray every time I leave my apartment. The apartments themselves are really crappy, they haven't been updated since the 70's hence my harvest gold appliances which includes a freezer that needs defrosting 3 times a year. When I moved in I knew the accomodations weren't the best but now they are dumpy and scary.
