Review for Park Ave Apartments

Terrible place to live doesnt begin to explain this place! John Adams the owner cares way more about money than his tennants. If you want your stove to not work for three months, when you washer in your unit doesnt work they tell you not to be stupid, if you want his crazy psyco nephew to bang down your door drunkenly at 4am and when a pipe bursts in the wall and mold is manifesting they tell you to put a fan on it and it will dry out then move here. Also if you dont want you security deposit back for stupid reasons then definiately consider if you want a nice place to live dont live here or even go within 1000 ft of it.
