Review for The Woods Apartments

Everything seemed just fine....at first! We noticed right away damage in our apartment that had not been fixed before our move-in....so we let them know right away. We didn't think much of that, and figured they'd get right on it. The maintenance man (about 70 years old) came in 2 weeks later to fix 1 problem. He viewed the other things that needed attention, saying he'd be back the next day to take care of those.....HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! There are kids roaming the hallways all day during the off-school hours...playing kickball, you NAME it! There is no area for them to play so they use the hallways or parking lot. My dad came to visit and almost ran over a tiny little girl that ran out from amongst the parked cars.....granted that IS her only play area. There is a HUGE courtyard that they say for years they've been planning to have a play area put in......but its just piles of dirt with weeds now. If your heat goes out, they don't care- apparantly. We fixed it ourselves!!!! I don't understand why all the adults here let the kids roam around....they prop the security doors open ALL DAY...ALL NIGHT..........YOU ARE NOT SECURE HERE!!!!!!!!!! DON'T DO IT! Live somewhere else if you are a smart person. Oh, and don't expect them to contact you when your lease is up....you have to remind THEM.
