Review for Windwood Estates Apartments

I have lived here for two years. I wouldn't recommend it if you are at all picky. Parking sucks. Noise level is outrageous. They got rid of the old manager and the new one isn't any better. If you do decide to move here anyways, DO NOT RENT 1ST FLOOR! No matter how cheap they offer it to you. The new management decided to put washers and dryers in the units. But the 50 year old pipes can't handle that amount of water. Everytime anyone above you does laundry, the bathroom floods. I have called numerous and time and they keep snaking it "hoping that will do the trick". They came in with the biggest snake ever made and, yeah, still flooding. They refuse to fix the plumbing. You get what you pay for!
