Apartment Review for Van Raden

the whole company is only after your money, they will charge you for anything and everything you do, dont sneeze in the hallyway! our first month there, water started leaking in our bedroom which it took them the whole day to get there to fix it. turns out the drain was pointed towards our window, they left the wet carpet padding and just put new carpet over it! they also tore out our window screen and never put it back. which they tried to fine us for a few months later when city inspection came. when it snows you better watch out because you have to clear the parking lot but they do it on a FRIDAY when you cant park on the street every friday, out of all the days of the week THATs the day they pick. they also tried to fine us for having another "dog" in our apartment. i dont even want to call mantienece for anything thats broken because they automatically fine you $75 everytime a maintenece person comes. Dont rent from here, its cheap for a reason, just google the company. they get sued almost as much as walmart.
