Apartment Review for Forest Park Estates

When we first moved into this apartment complex we thought we had it pretty good. The apartment we moved into had new appliances, new carpets and was actually pretty big in size. But soon we figured out that it wasn't the greatest in the Grand Forks area. The ceiling above my bed leaked whenever there was torrential down pours, and we had a problem of bees coming into our apartment during the summer. Work orders were sent in for the problems to be fixed, but they were slow at getting back to the issue. Other than that, the pool was taken care of regularly and the outdoor area are being updated. They even updated their workout room. It wasn't a terrible place to live if you aren't on the third floor. Oh and be prepared for yelling children, this place is littered with them. I recommend this place for one year only leases for college students. The place for poor college students isn't that bad, just a few quirks.
