Review for University Courtyard Apartments

Okay. Overpriced, but okay. It's cheaply constructed, so you'll hear all of your neighbor's intimate moments. We actually had a cabinet fall off the wall at one point, and we weren't the only ones. And the carpet pretty much shredded whenever you used the vacuum cleaner. There were a few mice, but it's the country. Management's kind of ignorant, and you get the feeling that they love ripping you off with this exorbitant rent in the middle of BFE (plus bus passes and fees for every other little thing). I'd still live there again.
