Review for Ivywood Apartments

This place is downright awful. The only thing good thing about it is that there is ample parking, but only because no one lives here anymore. Also, no one has robbed my apartment so that's always a +. However, this apartments are in horrible condition, i.e. it's obvious that nothing has been renovated since the 1970's (a sticker inside the cabinets reads that they were installed in 1978. That's pathetic. Also, the walls are paper thin...I can here EVERYTHING that goes on at the next door neighbors. Even when they are just talking, I can hear exactly what they are saying. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be completely updated if they hope to stay in business at this place.
