Review for Amity Greene Apartments

IF your thinking about renting from Amity Greene In Fairborn...............DON'T! It's not a safe location, there is car break ins, car theft, and even drug deals that go on here, not to mention sleepless nights due to loud noise, heavy traffic in and out & the windows rattleing in wind/rain/storms and, they won't replace them! No one likes it here and I am sorry now I EVER moved here. The landlord is ok, until your late on your rent one time, then they look for any reason to get rid of you so watch your back. If you have kids, I'd re-think bringing them here. All they want here is your money, they don't care about your happieness or safety.
