Review for Charter Woods Apartments

My husband and I left Charter Woods about 10 months ago to live in military housing, and we found out through a credit check that they "neglected" to tell us about $1700 they claimed we had not taken care of. All rent was paid on time and we left the place in mint condition...and not ONCE did they even try to contact us to tell us about this so called debt we supposedly owed them. Instead, they contacted credit companies and did it that way....VERY SNEAKY! Highly would not recommend anyone to live here. Stay away.
