Charleston is a really nice place to live BUT you are going to have to deal with Kathy. She is a very rude, obnoxious lady with a bad attitude towards college students. She is nice at first but that is it. She thinks she is the Landlord but she is not. Chuck, the landlord on the other hand is very nice but he is never there. I have two friends that are moving out because they can't stand Kathy.
