Review for Charleston Apartments

I had rented a one and then a two bedroom apartment at the Charleston complex. The one bedroom was brand new when I moved in, and it was a bit small, but it worked wonderfully for myself. The two bedroom was almost double the size, and I enjoyed the apartment very much. The cleanliness wasn't up to par for myself when I moved into the two bedroom, but I'm also kind of a freak about that. They did apoligize, and when I left, made sure that I did receive my full deposit, minus the final water bill of course. I would definately move back if it were ever necessary. I only left because I purchased a place of my own. And Kathy really wasn't that bad. She has a job to do, with many tenants underneath her. I was respectable to her, and she treated me just the same, and I am 23, college student age.
