Review for Bridgestone Apartments

Every apartment complex has it's issues, this one is no different. But it is a nice place to live and is relatively quiet and safe. I've never had a problem with parking or crime. The grounds are not as well up kept as they should be but better than most places. Several of the rules are not enforced which depending on the rule can be either a good thing or bad thing. There is a lot of nice space for walking and enjoying the outdoors. With that though comes a lot of poop from geese and ducks around their usual hang outs. The dog thing isn't so bad, but people don't clean up after their animals all the time which is a problem, but I just stay away from those areas. Maintenance is good at what they do, but they've changed people a few times. Some are good and others are not so good. Either way most of the problems we've had have been fixed right away with little inconvenience. The management staff is the biggest issue with this place, if you stay away from them there shouldn't be a problem, but they've even found ways to mess that up. They are terrible with paperwork and we've had notices on our door several times for things we've already taken care of before it was a problem. They are more of an annoyance than anything. Otherwise the place is very nice, the price is good and the space is good. I'd recommend it.
